By accessing or using the MentorInn platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MentorInn. Your continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of these terms and any updates or modifications we may make.

Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" - The MentorInn website, mobile applications, and all associated services.
• "Mentor" - A user who provides mentorship, guidance, and educational services on the platform.
• "Student/Mentee" - A user who receives mentorship, guidance, and educational services on the platform.
• "User" - Any person who accesses or uses the platform, whether as a mentor, student, or visitor.
• "Content" - All information, materials, courses, testbooks, MCQs, SAQs, and other resources available on the platform.
• "Services" - All mentorship, educational, and related services provided through the platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our" - Refers to MentorInn and its affiliates.
• "You," "Your" - Refers to the user of the platform.

Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate.
• Protect your account credentials and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activities.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent Activities: Creating fake accounts, impersonating others, or providing false information.
• Harassment: Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users, including mentors and students.
• Illegal Content: Posting or sharing content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users' accounts or compromise platform security.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited messages or promotional content to other users.
• Misuse: Using the platform for purposes other than those intended.
• Copyright Infringement: Uploading or sharing content that you do not have rights to.
• Disruptive Behavior: Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform.

For Mentors

Mentors on the platform agree to the following additional terms:

• Accuracy: You represent that all information in your profile, including qualifications and experience, is accurate and truthful.
• Professionalism: You will maintain professional conduct and provide quality mentorship services.
• Availability: You will honor scheduled sessions and provide timely notifications for any changes.
• Content Quality: You will ensure that all educational content (courses, MCQs, SAQs, testbooks) is accurate and of high quality.
• Pricing: You will set fair rates and honor them for booked sessions.
• Confidentiality: You will respect the privacy of students and not share confidential information.
• Compliance: You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

For Students

Students on the platform agree to the following additional terms:

• Respect: You will treat mentors with respect and professionalism.
• Attendance: You will attend scheduled sessions on time and provide notice for any delays or absences.
• Feedback: You will provide honest and constructive feedback on your mentorship experience.
• Payment: You will honor payment commitments for booked sessions and services.
• Academic Integrity: You will use the platform for learning purposes and not for cheating or academic dishonesty.
• Confidentiality: You will respect the privacy of mentors and not share confidential information.

Payments, Fees & Refunds

Our payment terms are designed to be fair and transparent:

1. Fees & Payments

• Service Fees: Mentors set their own session fees. MentorInn charges a platform fee (10-20%) on each transaction.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our secure escrow system.
• Currency: All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• Taxes: Users are responsible for any applicable taxes on their transactions.

2. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If canceled 24+ hours before the session.
• 50% Refund: If canceled within 24 hours of the session.
• No Refund: For no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
• Technical Issues: Full refund if technical problems prevent the session.
• Processing Time: Refunds processed within 2-3 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on the MentorInn platform is protected by intellectual property laws:

• Platform Content: The platform, including design, graphics, software, and code, is owned by MentorInn.
• User Content: Mentors retain ownership of their educational content (courses, MCQs, SAQs, testbooks) but grant MentorInn a license to display and distribute it.
• Student Content: Students retain ownership of their submitted work and feedback.
• Prohibited Use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform:

• By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• By Us: We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion.
• Effect: Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated content.
• Survival: Sections regarding intellectual property, payments, and liability survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The MentorInn platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.
• We do not guarantee the qualifications or performance of any mentor.
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or career results.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation.
• We do not endorse any particular mentor, course, or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MentorInn and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect Damages: Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Mentor Actions: Any actions, omissions, or conduct of mentors on the platform.
• Student Actions: Any actions, omissions, or conduct of students on the platform.
• Content Accuracy: Any inaccuracies or errors in content provided by users.
• Technical Issues: Any technical problems, including service interruptions.
• Third-Party Links: Any content or services on third-party websites linked from the platform.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:

• Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
• Dispute Resolution: We encourage informal resolution of disputes through good faith negotiation.
• Arbitration: If resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Pakistan's arbitration laws.

By using MentorInn, you consent to this jurisdiction and agree to resolve disputes in accordance with these provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.
• For significant changes, we will notify users via email or platform notification.
• Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
